“Matthew’s Grandfather - Peter Joseph O’Boyle, was a master builder from Knockbreaga, Clew Bay. His parents were Martin O’Boyle and Ellen Walsh who had 8 sons and 4 daughters together. As you can imagine we have a lot of Irish cousins. When we visited Matthew's ancestral home we both fell head over heels in love with Western Ireland and the Wild Atlantic Way. We got married in Ballintubber Abbey and realised another dream with the purchase of Dorinish island the following year."
